As a Sr. CSR, the individual will handle customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolve problems, use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting, maintain quality service by following policies and procedures, and contribute to team efforts. The successful candidate will leverage effective listening skills, attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and an honest desire to make a difference to ensure each customer experience is exceptional, focusing on delivering solutions that meet customer needs and making it easy for customers to do business with DXC.
