About the Role RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Builds and executes the value proposition for the patients, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience for the DACH region. Establishes deep expertise on the patient segment and ensure this expertise gets integrated purposefully into the extended DACH marketing team. Conducts market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience, developing insights, unmet needs and new business opportunity that can improve patient marketing programs and campaigns. Develop, execute, and evaluate webinar strategies for internal and external audiences to drive lead generation, audience engagement, and conversion. Analyze User RNPS (Relationship Net Promoter Score) feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement data-driven action plans. Support the planning and execution of key patient events in Germany Driving the promotion of a new patient learning platform and coordinating platform content in close collaboration with the Product Management Team. Coordinate digital and traditional media coverage across the DACH region, ensuring consistent brand visibility and effective communication. Requirements

Advanced knowledge of the relevant job area, combining broad and deep expertise, typically gained through advanced education and professional experience.
Advanced practical knowledge of project management, particularly for the planning and execution of offline and online events.
Strong French language skills to support occasional translation and localization of sales toolkits for the French-speaking Swiss market.
Prior experience in the diabetes industry.
Comprehensive understanding of the DACH market.
At least 10 years of professional experience in product marketing or customer marketing.
Proficiency in communication and content creation tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong presentation and influencing skills to effectively engage and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
