We are looking for a sharp, pragmatic attorney to join Roku's Legal Ad Partnerships & Sales ("LAPS") team within the Legal & Business Affairs organization. This role sits at the heart of Roku's advertising business — supporting the ad sales, ad platform, and publisher ad services teams with the transactional legal work that powers Roku's growth. You will negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements across the digital advertising ecosystem, advise on data privacy in the context of live deals, and serve as a trusted legal partner to a wide range of business stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role for an attorney who understands both the technology and the deal dynamics behind modern programmatic and data-driven advertising and who is excited to help build the legal infrastructure that lets Roku's advertising business move with speed and confidence. The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $260,000 and $280,000 with additional equity. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographic location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. This position will be based in either New York, NY or San Jose, CA and will be in office Monday - Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.
