The Sr. Human Resources Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Human Resources department, primarily focusing on Compensation and Training programs. The Sr. Human Resources Coordinator acts as a resource across all Seneca Resources Company, LLC divisions and departments. This position has high visibility and works with a variety of employees at all levels within the organization. The Sr. Human Resources Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the Human Resources team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
