About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Supports the Accommodations area of Talent and Culture by assisting with the daily administration of departmental activities that ensure compliance with employee leave and accommodation requests. Serves as the first point of contact for Team Members, provides case management support, and manages documentation workflow to ensure timely coordination across internal and external partners. This position is based in Orlando and will support accommodations across multiple UDX divisions, including UOR, USH, UPE, Creative, and New Ventures. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as the first point of contact for the Accommodations Team via all lines of communication. Provides intake support, including triage, documentation guidance, basic status updates and navigation assistance for Team Members seeking accommodations. Oversees daily workflows by monitoring shared inboxes, electronic fax queues, and incoming documentation. Conducts timely triage and referral of inquiries to Accommodations Leadership or internal partners (including operations leadership, Health Services, Talent & Culture, Legal, EHS, Worker’s Compensation) and external partners (leave administration and Colorvision). Ensures efficient movement of cases to prevent delays in the interactive process. Creates accommodation cases in database and assigns or monitors accordingly. Responsible for accurately documenting in compliance with applicable leave and accommodation laws, including Title VII, FMLA, FEHA, USERRA, PWFA, and ADA. Provides administrative support and clerical duties for Accommodations, including scheduling, phone calling, correspondence, mail processing, data entry, and document management. Supports process optimization and office workflow needs. Assists with maintaining accurate tracking of active accommodation requests and vacant position reporting for job-reassignment in collaboration with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition. Generates, reviews, calibrates and distributes Accommodation reports when needed. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative or applicable experience in a fast-paced environment required, preferably in Human Resources or Employee Relations; or equivalent education and experience
  • Approachable and professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills in building relationships, partnership and collaboration.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to be independent, self-starter, motivated and proactive.
  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneNote).
  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management is preferred.
