JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Client Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Client Services team by leading resolution efforts for complex client issues, mentoring team members, and driving operational improvements. This role serves as a subject matter expert across key service areas, with a particular focus on the Appeals product line, which represents a significant portion of departmental volume. The Senior Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and client-focused service delivery.
