About The Position

You’ll also gain valuable exposure to administrative operations, taking on junior administrative responsibilities that strengthen your skills in Microsoft Office and support your professional growth. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a client service and/or receptionist role.
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, vendors and general public.
  • Proven experience building and nurturing strong personal relationships with clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of individual client needs and requests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail including proofreading.
  • Capability to perform administrative duties as required to build business for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer high‑volume, multi‑line calls and provide customers with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to all visitors, candidates, and guests.
  • Maintain front reception area and conference rooms.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and vendor deliveries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for project team members.
  • Demonstrate and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist with general office management duties (i.e. processing/ordering/stocking supplies, calendar management, and booking conference rooms).
  • Perform other clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, collating, preparing correspondence and documents, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.
