In this role, you will… Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling ongoing campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports Create and format proposals, presentations, and correspondence using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Provide general administrative support through file management, CRM Maintenance, organizing distribution or marketing efforts, general office maintenance, invoicing, correspondence and provide cover for reception and answering phones as needed. Create and prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, assisting with lease documents, etc. collaborating with Colliers Marketing, Research, and other teams Create and send tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, and tour books, schedule tenant tours, process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, submit expenses, collect pertinent documentation Help oversee the team’s transactions, track critical dates, and regularly update clients and colleagues Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings Maintain multiple company databases to track prospects and business opportunities What you’ll bring A recent graduate, or up to-3 years of marketing or administrative experience in a professional environment Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with a desire to learn and expand your skills Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Ceros and other related graphics software programs is an asset. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or another related field is considered an asset Commercial real estate experience is considered an asset. Strong organizational, time management, proof reading, and multi-tasking skills Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with an array of personality types Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Washington, DC. Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $28.85/hour to $32.76/hour. Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Benefits Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
