About The Position

The Client Services Coordinator provides foundational support to the Client Services team by ensuring tools, content, assets, and systems are accurate, organized, and easy to access. This role is ideal for someone early in their advertising career who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, brings strong attention to detail, and takes pride in being a reliable operational partner to client-facing teams. You will support campaign launches, creative workflows, internal documentation, and ongoing team communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and details at once
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly via email
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Exposure to client services, media, advertising, or operations teams
  • Experience supporting internal documentation, hubs, or shared resources
  • Interest in growing within client services, account management, or operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Client Services team across campaigns and internal initiatives
  • Own and maintain Client Services Sales Hub content, ensuring information is current and accurate
  • Create and share screenshots for all launching campaigns
  • Create GIFs for creative assets used in both pre-sale and live campaigns
  • Ensure the Order Management System is accurate and up to date for all campaigns
  • Gather, organize, and manage client assets for creative production
  • Own and maintain Site Lists, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Ensure all Rate Cards, both agency-specific and overall, are up to date and easy to locate
  • Own and update bi-weekly Client Services newsletter content
  • Own the organization and updating of Client Services content such as spec sheets, templates, and case studies
