The primary role is providing financial support to our field operations while maintaining top notch internal customer service.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum three years full general ledger or contractual accounting experience
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Relationship builder that is able to effectively communicate, written and verbally, with all levels of associates across the organization
Nice To Haves
- Experience with contract interpretation is a plus
- SAP a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform team-specific tasks as assigned
- Participate in management of 7,000+ client contracts using custom database
- Manage and prioritize scope
- Capture specific contract language
- Review reports to ensure timely completion of documentation
- Perform audits on contracts to ensure compliance
- Create and/or review process documentation
- Assist with special projects
- Assist other teams within department when requested
- Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies
