About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sr. Consultant, Analytics & Business Process Improvement (BPI). This role is for individuals looking to grow their career in an agile, dynamic environment with opportunities to progress, continuously learn through ongoing training, development, and mentorship, and be themselves in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging. As a Senior Individual Contributor, you will be the bridge between complex financial data and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Innovation and BPI, you will lead the charge in transforming ADP’s International Money Movement reporting for Canada Payment Operations to a forward-looking, context-driven strategic reporting with actionable insights. Your primary mission is two-fold: to engineer efficiencies in the current state of operational reporting (through training, skill building, automation and process re-design), and to look at how data can support the future looking pursuits of financial risk reduction, process improvement opportunities and revenue generation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in Analytics and BPI, ideally within FinTech, Payroll, or complex Financial Services.
  • Expert-level SQL scripting ability to handle large, complex datasets with high accuracy.
  • Mastery of both Tableau and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in ETL for structuring workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of working on projects that yielded measurable Business Process Improvement (BPI) results.
  • Experience or a strong interest in financial services, payments, fin-tech, global payroll, or high-compliance financial environments.
  • Experience in leading large complex data projects while also being able to execute day-to-day tasks until stability is established.
  • Ability to meet stakeholders at their level of understanding, whether technical, business, or leadership.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information into relevant supporting documentation or discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work in a highly dynamic team within a large/multi-faceted organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Managers and Directors across business units to audit legacy reporting and lead the shift from "data dumps" to context-driven analytics that align with long-term capacity planning and forward-looking goals.
  • Architect and maintain complex SQL query scripts to extract high-volume data from payroll and money movement databases, acting as an expert in both Tableau and Power BI.
  • Leverage key reporting tools and advanced Excel functions to eliminate manual touchpoints within the production cycle.
  • Utilize data from reporting cycles & project-based reporting to identify trends that support process improvement and/or revenue opportunities.
  • Build models that help leadership understand workforce capacity and money movement trends, allowing for proactive rather than reactive decision-making.
  • Act as a consultant to leaders within payment operations, guiding them on how to restructure their internal processes to better leverage data.

Benefits

  • Support for mental health and well-being.
  • Company commitment to giving back and generating a positive impact on communities.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Tuition reimbursement program.
  • Flexibility to integrate work into everyday life.
  • Global operations with networking opportunities.
  • Membership in Business Resource Groups.
