About The Position

The Senior Consultant’s primary responsibility is to leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support medical drug business and clinical stakeholders. This role will be accountable for the analytical support and consultancy to internal customers and advisory service for internal senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in health care services, Statistical analysis, insurance industry economics or related field OR PhD with 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, Or insurance industry economics or related field OR 10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
• Understanding and high proficiency at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer languages, such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality output to senior leadership for decision making within a short timeline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with version control/collaborative tools, such as GitHub.
• Healthcare industry knowledge - payor, provider, pharmacy, etc.
• Experience with automation tools, such as Alteryx and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support medical drug business and clinical stakeholders.
• Accountable for the analytical support and consultancy to internal customers.
• Provide advisory service for internal senior leaders.
• Champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.
• Create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution.
• Lead an analytic initiative to success.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
