The Sr. Concierge is responsible for being in command of the daily & weekly tasks of the Concierge Desk which include but are not limited to; warmly greeting visitors/guests/staff, answering and routing calls, assisting residents and visitors with various tasks, office clerical work, handling emergencies, providing support services to the administrative staff, and any other duties as assigned.
