We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about details, who’ll get you a table at that impossible-to-reserve restaurant, then send you for drinks at a blissful hideaway you’d never have found, introduce you to an incredible gallery, give you background on the neighborhood, and anything else you can imagine. So if your dream job involves talking at length about who makes the best local, well…anything—we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Passionate about guest service.
• A minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Experience in concierge operations.
• A team player.
• Hard worker.
• Detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree.

Responsibilities

• Share thoughtful, personal recommendations for dining, drinks, and exploration.
• Secure reservations at difficult-to-get restaurants.
• Recommend hidden bars and unique local experiences.
• Introduce guests to galleries and provide neighborhood background.
• Provide any other guest assistance imaginable.
