DESCRIPTION: Join our Total Rewards team as a Senior Manager of Compensation, where you'll contribute to shaping and delivering effective compensation solutions. You'll lead the design, governance, and administration of comprehensive rewards programs while collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to create solutions that drive employee engagement and business success. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence strategic compensation decisions, manage complex projects, and contribute to the company's global rewards initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with demonstrated expertise in program design and administration
  • Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and market practices
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Strong business partnering skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and digital tools
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Change management experience
  • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy
  • Independent problem-solving abilities with practical solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Sciences, or related field
  • Professional certification in Compensation and Benefits preferred
  • Flexibility with scheduling and travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, governance, and administration of comprehensive rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to create solutions that drive employee engagement and business success.
  • Influence strategic compensation decisions.
  • Manage complex projects.
  • Contribute to the company's global rewards initiatives.
  • Manage compensation infrastructure and salary structures within job architecture frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Deliver corporate compensation programs.
  • Manage change, including works council interactions.
