About the Role We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and financial management of compensation and incentive programs across the organization. This role is ideal for a compensation professional or analytically oriented candidate with an interest in applying financial rigor to compensation decision-making. This role maintains a core compensation focus while incorporating financial modeling, bonus projections, and scenario analysis to support annual cycles and ongoing business needs. You will partner with Finance and HR colleagues to help ensure compensation programs are competitive, well-governed, and financially sound.
