The Sr. Commercial Sales Enablement Manager serves as the primary enablement and training partner for the Strategic Accounts team. This role supports digital product integrations—including EHR connections, screening protocols, and strategic partnerships—by building operational workflows, defining CRM (Salesforce) processes, and delivering targeted training for new hires and field teams. You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to launch digital health solutions, manage deployment timelines, and create training content that drives adoption of digital tools and workflows. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to execute effectively across functions.
