About The Position

The Sr. Director, Commercial Technology and Enablement leads complex commercial technology transformation programs and merger/acquisition system transitions across a global organization. The position partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to modernize platforms, integrate acquired companies, and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale IT transformation, program management, and/or enterprise systems delivery in a global environment.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce, with the ability to drive structural and process changes in the system
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with distributed teams (direct and matrix leadership).
  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Operations and related business processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to translate technical delivery details into business impact.
  • Proven budget accountability, including planning, forecasting, and managing spend across multiple workstreams.
  • Expertise with program governance, risk/issue management, and data-driven reporting/decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (strongly preferred).
  • Program/Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Experience in technology manufacturing, hardware & software, or adjacent B2B industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and other commercial technology platforms
  • Lead execution of key strategic projects that drive optimization of commercial processes and effectiveness (e.g., lead management, sales dashboards/reporting, email-to-case process, etc.)
  • Support Salesforce administration and governance activities as applicable (e.g., requirements intake, configuration oversight, release planning, and controls) to ensure alignment with business process design and to increase team adoption/engagement
  • Influence strategy and execution for BioIVT’s ecommerce channel and automated quoting/pricing programs
  • Drive M&A commercial systems transition and integration activities for acquired entities, including discovery, target-state design, cutover planning, data migration coordination, stabilization, and decommissioning.
  • Manage program and project budgets including forecasting, vendor spend management, and benefits realization tracking.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to improve customer-facing and operational processes through technology enablement.
  • Plan and execute change management activities (training enablement, stakeholder readiness, adoption measures) to ensure successful rollout and sustained usage.
