Serves as a key member of the Technology Leadership team and is accountable for the strategic direction, delivery, and continuous improvement of workforce enablement platforms and services. Oversees teams responsible for digital workforce enablement, process engineering, enterprise analytics platforms, end-user computing, and workforce support services. This role partners closely with business leaders, Human Resources, and other technology leaders to ensure workforce technologies are secure, scalable, and aligned to organizational strategy, enabling productivity, automation, analytics, and high-quality employee experience. We’re looking for a visionary technology leader to join our Technology Leadership team as Director of Workforce Enablement Technology. In this high-impact strategic role, you’ll own the end-to-end direction, delivery, and continuous evolution of the platforms and services that power our people every day — from digital workforce enablement and process excellence to enterprise analytics, and world-class workforce support. You’ll lead and inspire multiple teams while partnering closely with business leaders, HR, and fellow technology executives across the enterprise.
