About The Position

Seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a team. This is a 100% onsite position, offering an exciting opportunity to work with middle to large market accounts, primarily in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience, a strong background in construction liability, and a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships. As the point person for insureds, you will oversee renewals, present proposals, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

5-10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
Strong background in construction liability is highly preferred.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Proven experience managing accounts in the $50,000 to $500,000 range.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in relevant industry software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for insureds, managing all aspects of client relationships.
Oversee and execute the renewal process, including quoting and presenting renewal proposals.
Collaborate with a support team to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Handle accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, with a focus on larger accounts.
Provide expertise in general commercial lines, with a strong emphasis on construction liability.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
