Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business with $3-5 million in premium, focusing on middle-market accounts.
- Review and understand policies thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle a variety of accounts, including construction and contractor clients.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with team members to cross-sell personal lines of insurance when applicable.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.
