About The Position

The business lead will drive the adoption and cultural integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Viva across the enterprise. This role will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives to ensure successful transformation outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or an Information Technology field or equivalent education or related training
  • Eight years of advanced experience managing in an Information Technology environment
  • Eight years of experience implementing and supporting large scale client server solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in learning and applying technical concepts
  • Ability to successfully interact with senior management across all lines of business and negotiate complex technical issues
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy prioritized around the teammate experience.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to establish/refine governance as well as align messaging and training for various M365 production adoption strategies.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and resistance management.
  • Design and deliver enablement materials, including training, FAQs, and success stories with a focus on driving M365 product adoption (priority focus on AI).
  • Measure adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance.
  • Facilitate focus groups, feedback sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Analyze and interpret usage data to produce reporting for key business decisions.
