Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing and interpreting clinical and productivity data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with fiscal management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team
  • Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records
  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
  • Previous experience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settings
  • Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred full licensure, active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CCBHC standards and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical supervision to both full-time and fee-for-service (FFS) clinicians, offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Manage clinician caseloads to ensure proper distribution and workload balance.
  • Analyze staff productivity and review key metrics to help improve efficiency.
  • Run and correct reports, such as identifying and resolving overlapping appointments.
  • Coordinate and assist with the delivery of multiple services within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, ensuring seamless integration of care.
  • Review candidate applications and participate in job placement interviews.
  • Assign clinician roles and responsibilities.
  • Co-facilitate staff meetings.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Review and update the agency's list of the top 50 high-utilizer clients, developing strategies to better meet their needs.
  • Assist with data analytics to support the clinical team's decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with the administrative aspects of the team, including assisting with the submission of Fee-for-Service timesheets.
