This role is part of Pinterest's FTE Leave Coverage Program, a full-time staffing model designed to ensure uninterrupted client service during employee leaves. Each engagement offers ownership of client relationships, expertise in Pinterest's advertising solutions, and direct contribution to the North America Enterprise organization. Hires join Pinterest as regular, full-time employees, fully embedded within their teams and client portfolios. Assignments are typically scoped for approximately 6 months and subject to extension. As a Client Partner, you will serve as a strategic visionary, cultivating trusted relationships with top-tier clients through deep expertise in full-funnel sales. You will independently engage assigned customer accounts to promote Pinterest products, meeting performance targets, developing new business, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and resolving customer issues. By guiding clients' efforts, you'll drive value for millions of Pinners, forming strategic alliances internally and externally. Success depends on driving substantial revenue growth and spearheading a vision for long-term client success in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
