About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Manager specializing in Commercial Lines to join a team. This is a temp-to-perm position, with a strong likelihood of transitioning to a permanent role in the near future. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and have a proven track record in managing commercial lines accounts. This is an onsite role, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Proven experience in managing commercial lines accounts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client needs.
Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
