About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Sr Cisco UC Engineer. Position type: Contract Duration: 18 Months Location: Charlotte North Carolina (3 Days Onsite) As a Sr Cisco UC Engineer, you will : Design, support, and automate enterprise Cisco Unified Communications environments including CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP/VoIP infrastructure, global dial plans, voice routing, platform integrations, and voice transformation initiatives across large-scale production environments.

Requirements

Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
Hands-on experience with Cisco Unity Connection.
Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP technologies.
Experience with PSTN connectivity and session management.
Experience administering large-scale enterprise voice environments.
Hands-on experience with voice troubleshooting, call routing, dial plans, and SIP call flows.
Strong understanding of SIP, H.323, and MGCP protocols.
Experience with Cisco CUBE and Voice Gateways.
Knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
Experience supporting high-availability voice platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience supporting Cisco Unified Communications environments.
Proven experience managing CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP infrastructure, and enterprise voice services.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or other automation technologies.
Experience leveraging Cisco AXL APIs, RIS APIs, Serviceability APIs, and SOAP/REST interfaces.
Experience developing automation solutions for user provisioning and phone deployments.
Experience with compliance reporting, inventory reconciliation, and license management automation.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
Experience with Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Suite.
