Engineer, implement and support Cisco enterprise voice/contact center infrastructure with focus on availability, performance, resiliency and integration.

- CCNP Collaboration or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Design/support CUCM, CUBE/SBC, SIP and voice gateways
- Troubleshoot call routing, signaling and voice quality
- Support upgrades/migrations/capacity/resiliency
- Coordinate carriers/network/security/apps
- Maintain standards and runbooks
- Physical gateway/SBC/cabling work may require local smart hands; engineering can generally remain remote.
