Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs. About the Role (Job Summary): The Sr. Change Management Specialist & Training plays a critical role in enabling enterprise‑wide transformation, innovation, and adoption initiatives across McKesson Canada. This role leads the design and execution of change management, learning, and adoption strategies that support new ways of working, digital transformation, and capability building. As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with business leaders, Innovation teams, Analytics, and HR/Organizational Effectiveness to drive organizational readiness, accelerate adoption, and embed sustainable behaviours. This role combines organizational change management, training strategy, communications, and stakeholder enablement to ensure transformation outcomes are realized.
