Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in administrative experience, preferably in a medical office.
  • Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible to public transportation.
  • Must be able to travel to CVR Austin NW and CVR Austin SW clinics.
  • Spanish fluency required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage efficient patient flow and provide superior customer service.
  • Achieve monthly goals and performance indicators.
  • Perform data entry, manage schedules, and oversee treatment plan management.
  • Focus on patient retention.
  • Ensure compliance in all assigned centers, including up-to-date patient charts, HIPAA compliance, and accurate input of demographics, procedures, and payments into the database.
  • Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient throughout their care.
  • Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department for patients requiring authorization.
  • Ensure centers are compliant with the collection and data input for one-month surveys.
  • Confirm that the Surgical Assistant completes the daily inventory count and uploads it to the team site.
  • Verify that assigned centers perform and complete the Daily Close correctly each night.
