Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year in administrative experience, preferably in a medical office.
Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible to public transportation.
Must be able to travel to CVR Austin NW and CVR Austin SW clinics.
Spanish fluency required.

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage efficient patient flow and provide superior customer service.
Achieve monthly goals and performance indicators.
Perform data entry, manage schedules, and oversee treatment plan management.
Focus on patient retention.
Ensure compliance in all assigned centers, including up-to-date patient charts, HIPAA compliance, and accurate input of demographics, procedures, and payments into the database.
Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient throughout their care.
Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department for patients requiring authorization.
Ensure centers are compliant with the collection and data input for one-month surveys.
Confirm that the Surgical Assistant completes the daily inventory count and uploads it to the team site.
Verify that assigned centers perform and complete the Daily Close correctly each night.
