About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. C++ Developer/Architect who lives and breathes C++ to join a team building a scalable solution for a complex SaaS product. The product, which has been around for 20 years, is not web-based and uses HyperV remote desktop access. The current solution is not scalable and requires significant architectural improvements to support expansion. The ideal candidate will be able to come up with new ideas and contribute to the evolution of this complex codebase. This role is 100% remote.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in C++ ('lives and breathes in C++').
• Experience with complex codebases.
• Ability to architect scalable solutions.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Familiarity with HyperV remote desktop access.
• Ability to generate new ideas and drive innovation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Chromium web browser.
• Architectural experience.
• Experience with products that are not web-based.

Responsibilities

• Architect a C++ solution, potentially utilizing Chromium web browser.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions for a complex SaaS product.
• Address and resolve scalability issues in a 20-year-old product.
