The Sr. Business Development Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Sr Manager Business Strategy in identifying, evaluating, and executing business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, ability to communication effectively, ability to think strategically and a collaborative mindset, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5 years in in roles such as business analysis, market research, strategy consulting, or similar fields.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate and model financial data, interpret complex information, derive actionable insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
Expert-level Excel skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail and accuracy in analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research and analysis, identifying emerging trends and growth opportunities within target markets.
Collaborate with the Sr Manager Business Strategy in crafting and refining strategic growth initiatives.
Assist in the creation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients or partners, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and coordination of business development efforts.
