This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include monitoring and testing controls and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation. The candidate will support the Specialized Consumer Client Solutions organization as a key contributor within the Platform and Product Controls CORE team (Continuity, Operations, Readiness & Execution). This role focuses on supporting centralized Business Continuity execution for Preferred & Consumer Investments, Banking, Enablement and Controls, coordinating platform incident management, and contributing to operational readiness for major events. The individual will help maintain consistent execution of continuity readiness and response, documentation, testing, and enterprise reporting requirements. They will support cross‑functional coordination during platform technology incidents, contribute to the development of playbooks and templates, and assist with risk identification and process enhancements to strengthen the Preferred & Consumer Investments, Banking, Enablement and Controls resiliency framework. This position requires someone who is organized, analytical, comfortable working across multiple partner groups, a team contributor, and able to execute in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and strategic, critical thinking.
