About The Position

As the Sr. Business Applications Administration Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of Salesforce strategies to address intricate business challenges. • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC, alongside a strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and Shield.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot/Agents.
  • Experience with data migrations into and out of Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce Integration patterns and technologies (eg: REST API, SOAP API, Workato, Middleware solutions, Managed packages).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, translating "business speak" into "technical requirements" and vice versa.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialized certifications in CPQ or Experience Cloud are a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Present multiple architectural options to stakeholders, clearly outlining the pros, cons, and long-term implications of each to drive informed decision-making.
  • Champion a "configuration-first" approach to minimize custom code and technical debt, ensuring the environment remains agile and maintainable.
  • Be a hands on architect customizing and configuring Salesforce applications and integrations to meet specific business needs as needed.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for integration, data security, and development lifecycle (DevOps).
  • Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein solutions that don't just automate tasks, but autonomously solve customer and employee problems.
  • Ensure the underlying data architecture is "AI-ready" by enforcing strict data hygiene, grounding strategies, and ethical data usage standards.
  • Act as the bridge between business units and the technical team, ensuring that "what was asked for" solves "what was needed."
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including Solution design, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
