The Sr. Business Analytics Manager role sits in Consumer Marketing at the center of digital marketing, partnering with digital marketers, product teams, and engineering to ensure marketing efforts are measured accurately, translated into meaningful insights, and used to optimize our messaging to consumers across our brand and products. The Sr. Business Analytics Manager helps shift consumer marketing from output‑focused execution to insight‑driven optimization. Your work will influence how our marketers learn from performance, adapt to culture, and continuously improve how our brand and consumer products connect with audiences. We are looking for individuals with mastery of consumer marketing analytics, a passion for storytelling with data, and change catalysts who use insights to inform strategy and execution.
