Sr. Business Analyst
About The Position
The Senior Business Analyst supports strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across a large multi-specialty medical group. This role analyzes clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to identify trends, improve performance, optimize workflows, and support organizational decision-making. The Business Analyst partners with clinical leaders, practice administrators, physicians, finance teams, and IT staff to develop actionable insights that improve quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes. is a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, performance management and process improvement while leading analytical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms.
- Experience with physician compensation, wRVU analysis, revenue cycle analytics, or value-based care initiatives.
Nice To Haves
- Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
