About The Position

The Sr Business Analyst Web collaborates with various teams including developers, project managers, quality assurance, business teams, and technical support to provide both business and technical direction across systems, design, development, testing, and deployment. This role involves meeting with Company Executives to understand strategy, tactical approaches, priorities, requirements, and business processes. Key functions include documenting business requirements, potentially developing and overseeing project plans, coordinating technical specifications, and enforcing change control procedures. The analyst is expected to proactively engage with users at all levels, develop and maintain project schedules, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders. They are responsible for developing and maintaining all project documentation, advocating for customers/users, and building strong Mouser business acumen. The role also contributes to code reuse and the knowledge library, mentors associates, and represents the company professionally. Requirements

6+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager or equivalent position.
6+ years with ecommerce environments (B2B required).
Expert proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycles and frameworks.
Proven experience with problem solving and solution development.
Authority on all business analysis deliverables and artifacts.
Excellent leadership skills with a collaborative interpersonal style in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ability to produce rich documentation including screen mockups, flowcharts and other process diagrams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.
Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.
Ability to set and track goals.
PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project, Outlook and other software.
Able to use, read, analyze and interpret spreadsheets and printed reports.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and teaching skills.
Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Available to work early, late and weekends when needed to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

Experience with Mockup creation and prototyping using HTML is preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, Project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment.

Document business requirements, may develop and oversee project plans, oversee and coordinate the development of technical specifications, and help enforce change control procedures.
Must take initiative to spend time with all levels of users (formal meetings, informal meetings, observing work, etc.)
May develop and maintain project schedules with appropriate input, including all necessary activities and dependencies.
Establish open, fluid and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders and the project team.
Develop and maintain all Project Documentation for all assigned projects.
Must be seen as an advocate for the customers/users.
Expected to develop and maintain a strong Mouser business acumen and use it with each assignment.
Ensures an increased level of code reuse and contributes to the growth and use of the knowledge library.
