About The Position

The Sr. Business Analyst, Client Delivery is a senior individual contributor and peer leader who analyzes complex business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and designs innovative system solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. They bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by leading solutioning discussions for complex, integrated software systems. This role goes beyond standard analysis by managing end-to-end implementations, driving internal process improvements, and proactively mentoring junior analysts to elevate the team's overall capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency in SQL and API implementations, with the ability to review issues and logs.
  • Prior experience implementing and managing client-facing CRM and issue management systems; experience with Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and the ability to consider the business implications of technology applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in client-facing roles required.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders required.
  • Strong project management capabilities to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Experience with MLS Listing Software or the real estate industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead front-end teams to ensure alignment between existing systems and updated or new system implementations.
  • Identify opportunities and drive process improvements across functional areas.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear system definitions and specifications.
  • Develop technical solutions based on detailed business requirements analysis.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the user community and technical development staff.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams when applicable to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical and business advisory support, and mentor less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
  • Lead implementation teams during system deployments and transitions.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships (both internal and external) by consistently demonstrating exceptional subject matter expertise and high-quality support.
  • Create comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
