About The Position

As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Cuisinart shows up to consumers—leading end-to-end brand strategy, innovation storytelling, and integrated marketing execution across key small kitchen appliance categories. You will act as a brand steward and growth catalyst, translating consumer insights into breakthrough positioning, compelling content, and high-impact go-to-market plans that drive measurable business results. Reporting to the Director of Brand, this is a highly visible, cross-functional role for a marketer who blends strategic rigor, creative instinct, and executional excellence—and thrives in bringing ideas to life in market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within consumer goods or household appliances.
  • Strong understanding of brand fundamentals and proven experience building and growing brands across categories and channels.
  • Broad marketing skill set, including creative evaluation, campaign development, marketing planning, and new product launch execution.
  • Experience in social and digital marketing and omnichannel content development for optimized digital shelf performance.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling consumer benefits.
  • Agile mindset with a bias for action—comfortable with rapid iteration, shifting priorities, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Balanced analytical and creative strengths—an inspiring and practical brand marketer.

  • PR/Comms and Global / Regional brand team experience is a plus, especially across innovation, commercialization, and activation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute annual brand strategy and plans to strengthen brand equity and achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as the brand champion, ensuring consistency and clarity across internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead US and support regional teams in delivering cohesive brand messaging and content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
  • Partner with insights and product teams to develop compelling positioning and storytelling that resonates with consumers and drives demand across retail and digital channels.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive content toolkits for new product launches (packaging, e‑commerce assets, social, video, digital content, etc.).
  • Own brand inputs throughout the innovation stage‑gate process for key categories.
  • Champion the innovation pipeline with a consumer‑first mindset, collaborating with sales and category teams to build best‑in‑class sell‑in stories and materials.
  • Development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Lead internal creative teams and external Integrated Agency Team from briefing through final approval.
  • Partner with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.
  • Support PR initiatives, including product outreach, partnerships, sampling, press releases, and lifestyle events.
  • Collaborate closely with consumer insights, creative, product, sales, eCommerce, and DTC teams.
  • Strengthen the commercialization process by bringing a strong brand perspective, identifying opportunities for improvement across future launches.
