About The Position

The Senior Brand Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives for Dutch Boy within the Consumer Brands Group portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, elevating consumer engagement, strengthening retailer partnerships, and delivering compelling, insight‑driven marketing plans across a multi-brand, multi‑category portfolio. As a key leader on the team, the Senior Brand Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, lead agency partners, oversee content and digital initiatives, and represent the brands with customers and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and effective people leader with proven experience shaping brands and influencing business results. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
