About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your passion for AE and Aerie products, and bring the company’s values to work. The role involves engaging with guests, helping them find products, and flexing between store zones as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for, using a “friends first” approach.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
