Job Summary The Senior Billing Manager is the strategic and operational leader responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of invoices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Billing and Collections, this leader oversees Billing Managers and a team of 60+ Billing Coordinators and partners with the Senior Collections manager to drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle. This role also serves as an escalation point for complex billing issues and supports the adoption of best practices across the team. This role is critical to ensuring revenue processes are aligned, that staff have the right tools and training, and that the firm’s financial goals are met while delivering positive client experience.
