Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing in Audit Queue.
  • Monitor Genesys to ensure PO line is covered during working hours.
  • Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
  • Responsible for making sure all non workflow tasks are completed on a daily basis.
  • Release Saia and Budget invoices daily
  • Maintain 9-Digit and COD Queues
  • Handle emails from outside and inside the department
  • VMRS Coding and Costing of invoices all Tiers
  • Monitor Billing Teams chat
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
