About The Position

This role acts as the primary liaison between end-users in Canada, onshore teams in Perth (Australia), and offshore development teams in India. The position requires running technical workshops in French to extract and document requirements from local end-users, translating complex business needs into precise, technical English inputs for distributed offshore engineering teams, and providing high-level technical direction, reviewing pull requests, and managing daily deliverables. The tech ecosystem includes .NET, Azure PaaS, ADF, Blazor/Angular, iOS/MAUI, and Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience bridging the gap between business sponsors and global IT teams.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills (flexible for occasional late-night coordination calls).
• Strong technical roots in Microsoft technologies and Azure CI/CD pipelines to effectively guide developers.
• Native/Advanced French-Canadian language skills (mandatory for client workshops).
