About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and create insightful reports, dashboards, and data solutions that drive business value.

Requirements

Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, including communicating project status to business leaders and demonstrating business value upon completion.
Demonstrated ability to gather, clarify, and document business requirements while serving as a trusted partner to stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively establish partnerships throughout the organization.
Ability to quickly learn the business, identify high-value opportunities, and navigate complex data environments.
Experience supporting both technical, data-driven initiatives and business-facing reporting and dashboarding solutions.
Ability to navigate enterprise environments, including obtaining and managing appropriate access to systems, tools, and data sources.

Responsibilities

Transform data into easily understandable visualizations and reports that enable informed decision-making and actionable insights.
Source, profile, cleanse, transform, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and similar data preparation tools to create high-quality, analytics-ready datasets.
Develop and maintain automated data preparation and transformation workflows to improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency across reporting and analytics processes, with a strong emphasis on Alteryx.
Develop, implement, and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all business intelligence activities.
Document BI processes, methodologies, and procedures.
