The Senior Benefits Specialist supports the Benefits Team by aligning with HR and Meijer business strategies to enhance daily benefits operations. They oversee operational effectiveness, business process reviews, legal compliance, communication coordination, and continuous process improvements. The Sr. Specialist ensures efficient processes supporting business needs and collaborates with other company areas when necessary, fostering a team environment and strong service culture for delivering timely, quality service to internal customers. Position will follow our hybrid schedule - Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote.
