The Benefits Administrator, Senior is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including enrollments, life events, leaves of absence and wellness initiatives. Serves as a primary point of contact for employees, ensuring accurate benefit administration, regulatory compliance and a high level of customer service throughout the employee lifecycle.
