Position Summary : The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration, renewal, education and enrollment of members into company benefits, including health, welfare and retirement programs. This position will handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure compliance while working closely with internal team members and external vendors. Salary Range - $90 - $105k Job Function: Day-to-day benefit administration including resolution of issues for members (i.e., new hire enrollment, termination, COBRA administration, general benefits education, qualifying life events, etc.) Must be well-versed in all plan offerings including retirement benefits . Coordinate and present Benefits during New Hire Orientation Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments in HRIS and vendor portals Initiate and facilitate annual Open Enrollment for all North America locations including carrier feeds, HRIS configuration, communication materials and member support Process and administer all Leave of Absence requests and disability paperwork, effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to LOA/disability Administer company Worker’s Compensation program alongside Payroll and EH&S Conduct regular audits to ensure all enrollments are accurate and that dependent information is correct Provide support with audits, compliance testing and complete any government-required benefits reporting (EEO-1, ACA, etc.) Work collaboratively with Payroll to ensure appropriate benefits deductions Partner with benefit brokers to create and manage annual benefits calendar Participate in the recommendation of plan design, policies, efficiencies, and cost-saving measures Manage company wellness program The duties, responsibilities and expectations described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the member, within the scope of the position.
