About The Position
The Senior Analyst Benefits is responsible for running the complexities of the Company’s Health & Welfare and/or retirement plans. This role provides communication, analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs; this includes maintaining partnerships with outsource vendor partners, customer service, compliance, and audit. The Senior Analyst manages complex audits and analytical reports while utilizing critical thinking to provide recommendations for benefit management and design.
Requirements
- Experience with Health & Welfare and/or retirement plans.
- Communication, analytical, and technical support skills.
- Partnership management with outsource vendors.

- Compliance knowledge.

- Experience managing complex audits and analytical reports.
