About The Position

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst for a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts. This role is based onsite at our Roseville, CA location. The analyst will be responsible for the administration of benefits, wellness, rewards, and recognition processes, policies, and programs. This includes providing expertise and guidance to organizational leaders, collaborating with regional/facility departments on benefit priorities, and ensuring alignment between the benefits program and the organization’s strategy and values. The position is part of the Total Rewards COE, working with other members to ensure integration between Total Rewards programs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design of benefits, rewards and recognition programs, policies and procedures.
  • Oversees the execution of benefits related work within Total Rewards COE.
  • Works on activities of a diverse scope requiring minimal interpretation of policies and guidelines.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Makes recommendations on new processes, tools and services.
  • Supports and contributes to development of new products, services or techniques.
  • Works with the Strategy & Talent COE to develop ongoing training related to benefits/wellness programs and processes for Operational and Regional/Facility Human Resources staff.
  • Partners with Total Rewards Operations Leader to define service level agreements and operational metrics for benefits related programs.
  • Works with Strategy & Talent COE to identify systems and technology required to effectively administer benefits and wellness related programs.
  • Works with Strategy & Talent COE to identify and engage benefits vendors.
  • Monitors use, adoption, effectiveness and compliance of benefits processes, policies and programs.
  • Provides subject matter expertise, advice and guidance for cases/inquiries that require deep benefits expertise (Tier 3).
  • Uses benchmarking to create and share leading practices.
  • Partners with Regional/Facility departments to develop specific benefits, wellness, rewards and recognition programs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
