The Lead, Compliance is responsible for the independent leadership, planning, execution and reporting of audits and regulatory compliance of all attractions across the Company’s shipboard fleet and private destinations. Attractions pertain to anything where a guest is in or on a feature which moves the guest for the purpose of entertainment, such as waterslides, FlowRider, aquatic play, dry play, dry slides, obstacle courses, climbing walls, ziplines, and similar features. This includes all related aquatic systems onboard ships, as well as shore-side attractions at destinations such as Perfect Day at Coco Cay, Paradise Beach Club, and future destinations. This role serves as an Lead, Compliance and independent assessor, conducting routine audits, and supporting compliance reviews. The position requires deep technical expertise in water attractions, a strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks related to attraction features, and the ability to clearly communicate findings through structured reporting and executive-level write-ups. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment and engages directly with shipboard executive committees, senior shoreside leadership, and cross-functional partners to drive compliance and continuous improvement. Travel is a core component of the role, with an estimated 70%+ travel requirement.
